Troubleshooting

Make sure all protective film is removed before charging. Charge with adapter or
directly to Laptop /PC. If the watch is responsive try to reset and leave it to
fully charge. Try charging on different devices to make sure if it’s charging
or device problem, if you face issue after this steps contact us for further assistance

Make sure you first turn on your Bluetooth and connect the watch to your device and
then add the watch and connect it to Da Fit app in order to successfully
connect and synchronize it. Also make sure your watch is compatible with your
device before you purchase (Android 5.1 & iOS 8.0 including and above).

The watch have IP67 rating protection which
means the watch is protected from
contact with harmful dust and from
immersion in water with a depth of up to 1 meter (or 3.3 feet) for up to 30 minutes.

When the LED light on the charging case turns off it means it is fully charged the
same applies for the earbuds.

4. Find Upods+ in your Bluetooth list and connect with your device.

Make sure when the case is charged and you want to charge the earbuds to press
the button on the charging case in order to start/stop charging. This function
is designed to prevent your earbuds from overcharging and for battery
protection.

If the earbuds doesn’t pair automatically when removed from the case, press one of
the power buttons on one of the earbuds twice for pairing. Pairing should
happen automatically when you use them again.

If the device doesn’t turn on or disconnects, press & hold the power button on
the charging case for 8-10 seconds to reset the device and try again.

SPORT HEADSET

Make sure to charge the device once in a month if you don’t use them regularly to
protect the battery life. If it’s not charging make sure to try charging with
different adapter or directly through different device.

feature for the first time make sure to complete full channel search time up to
1 minute. Press and hold “+” or ”-“ buttons to memorize a channel.

your Bluetooth device is within range. Make sure there are no obstacles in the
way that could block/disturb the signal. Check with the Bluetooth connection of
the device that the speaker is connected to the device.

Move the device closer to the connected device to be within the range.

Disconnect other connected devices and try again. You can force an interruption by moving
out of Bluetooth range (10m).
